Our family-run Georgian manor house and grounds near Billericay provide an elegant yet affordable prom venue in Essex, with flexible packages designed to work within school budgets and accommodate groups of all sizes.
Our Stunning Marquee
Our stylish luxury marquee with stunning surrounding views and landscaped gardens, is the ultimate party space for up to 200 guests. With a dancefloor, comfortable seating area and twinkling fairy lights, it’s the perfect place for your school’s celebrations, and our beautiful manicured grounds and rolling hills provide an idyllic backdrop for those all-important photos.
The marquee is exclusively yours for the evening, giving you complete freedom to personalise the space. Add your school colours, banners, balloons, table decorations, or themed styling to create a truly memorable atmosphere.

Award-Winning Catering
Our 2 AA Rosette kitchen team creates a beautifully crafted buffet filled with delicious food that we know students love and is always a highlight of the evening.
This can be included as part of your package, please let us know of any dietary requirements and we’ll ensure these are catered for.
Affordable School Prom Packages
We work within school budgets and can accommodate various group sizes. Our packages include the hire of our luxury, heated marquee from Monday – Thursday. Friday venue hire is available from 7pm to 11pm at an additional cost.
