Arrival and Departure Times
Prior to the Ceremony
Please arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony time where you can be ready in time and enjoy our outside areas and bar if you so wish.
Finish Times
Our weddings finish at midnight. Please book a taxi prior to this time to ensure you are able to leave at midnight.
Food and Drink
Please advise our wedding couple of any dietaries and allergies. We regret that informing us on the day or changing menu choice is not possible.
The bar is open throughout the day in both the Hall and Marquee. Breakfast the following morning is served until 10.00 and this is a buffet style service.
If you wish to join us for breakfast the following morning and are not staying, please advise us and we will duly accommodate.
Breakfast for outside guests on a buffet style breakfast is £15pp.
Check In and Check Out
There are five bedrooms which will have been allocated by our wedding couple. Check in is from 3pm and check out is at 10am.
If arriving early, please contact us re. early check in and relevant costs.
Additional beds and cot bed must be arranged prior to the day (there are two childrens pull out beds and 1 cot bed available)

There is plenty of on site parking. You may leave your car until 11am the next day.
Confetti
Dried flower petals are allowed at Downham Hall.
